How Does It Work?
We deliver your beach gear directly to your rental home by 4PM on your arrival day. You take it from there—set it up when and where you want, and return it to your rental when you're done. It’s all yours for your entire stay.
Where do you deliver?
We offer free delivery along scenic Highway 30A including Santa Rosa Beach, Seaside, WaterColor, Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, Dune Allen, Gulf Place, Seagrove, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach.
Do you set up the gear on the beach each day?
We do not provide daily beach setup. You’ll receive all your gear at your rental home and take it to the beach on your own schedule. Unlike traditional beach chair rental companies that only set up from 9AM to 5PM, our service gives you the freedom to catch the sunrise, enjoy sunset dinners, or head out whenever the mood strikes—without being tied to someone else’s schedule.
What About Cancellations?
We are dedicated to providing unforgettable beach experiences with exceptional service and flexibility. Cancellations made 14+ days in advance receive a full refund, 7–13 days get 50%, and cancellations less than 7 days prior to the rental are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for early departures, late arrivals, or no-shows. In the case of mandatory evacuations due to weather, a full refund or credit will be issued.
What’s your weather policy?
We know beach weather can be unpredictable—but your gear is yours for your entire rental period, rain or shine. We do not offer refunds due to weather, unless there is a mandatory evacuation issued for our area during your rental dates. In that case, we’ll provide a refund for any unused days. Otherwise, light rain, cloudy skies, or passing storms are part of coastal life—and we hope you’ll still find time to enjoy the beauty of 30A in every season.
What dates should I choose when booking?
To ensure you have your gear the entire trip, book from the day you arrive to the day you leave.
Example: If you're arriving Saturday and leaving Friday, select Saturday through Friday.
Is there a rental minimum?
Yes, we have a 3-night minimum for all beach equipment rentals.
When is delivery and pickup?
We deliver by 4PM on your arrival day and we pick up by 8AM on your departure day. All gear will be secured with a bike lock. Just leave it at your rental, and we’ll handle the rest.
Can I add extras to my package?
Absolutely! Add-ons include: extra chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys, and more. You can add them during checkout or contact us directly.
