Refund Policy

At Luxury Shore Company, we strive to provide unforgettable beach experiences with outstanding service and accommodations. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible and fair as possible with our refund policy.

Standard Bookings:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the rental start date are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 7–13 days prior to the rental start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the rental start date are non-refundable.

Early Departures or No-Shows:

No refunds will be issued for early departures, late arrivals, or no-shows.

Weather-Related Cancellations:

We do not offer refunds for inclement weather, unless an official evacuation order is issued for our area. In such cases, a full refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.

Damage or Policy Violations:

Security deposits may be withheld if damage occurs during the rental period or if company policies are violated. (e.g., damage caused by use other than normal wear and tear)
